About the Tutor.
Hello, I’m Brandie Jackson, founder of Core Concepts Learning Studio. I provide personalized math tutoring for students in grades 2–8 with a focus on strengthening foundational math skills and building student confidence.
I hold a degree in engineering as well as an education degree with a concentration in middle school mathematics and science. My background allows me to combine strong analytical thinking with teaching strategies that help students better understand challenging math concepts.

My Teaching Philosophy.
I believe students learn best in an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them. Many students who struggle with math simply need the right support and time to rebuild their understanding. My goal is to help students strengthen their foundations, develop problem-solving skills, and build confidence in their ability to succeed in math.
Who I Help

Some students begin to believe they are simply “not good at math.” With the right support and step-by-step guidance, they can rebuild their understanding and confidence.

Many math challenges occur because earlier concepts were not fully understood. Tutoring focuses on strengthening those foundations so students can move forward successfully.
