Service Description
Core Concepts Learning Studio provides structured, supportive math tutoring for students in grades 2–8. This complimentary 20-minute consultation gives parents an opportunity to discuss their child’s math needs, learning goals, and current challenges. During the call, we will review tutoring options, explain how sessions work, and determine the best plan to support the student’s success.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using the online scheduling system. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered no-shows and will be forfeited. Tutoring plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once purchased. Students should arrive on time and prepared for each session. In-person sessions take place at a Fredericksburg or Spotsylvania public library, and the specific location will be confirmed after booking.
